Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Assistant Manager/ Social Media Moderator & Sales Executive to oversee daily operations at our online & offline shop Management.
Ensure smooth operation of the Display Centre which includes shop opening, shop closing, functioning of shops & customer service. Ensure clean product display. Take steps to increase shop sales through support, encouragement, and motivation. On-time response and follow-up on customer complaints.
