The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Requirements

10+ years in responsible roles, preferably in a group of companies, with 3+ years in the RMG sector in a managerial position.
The applicant should have experience in internal audit for at least 2-3 years in their service life.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with functional managers at different locations.
Strong problem-solving and creative skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
High integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

Provides leadership in the development of the continuous evaluation of short- and long-term strategic internal policies
Ensuring all expenses are made under athe pproved policy of the group
Ensuring all PI’s accepted under budget against the specific order
Ensuring all Bill of Exchange are accepted as per value of goods received
Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard the assets of the organization
Monitoring salary & wages payment of all employees & workers
Monitoring wastage sales activities as per policies
Analyzing and reporting the efficiency of the various production departments
Provide management with advice on the cost control and decision making process.
Special audit on any related matters as required by the Management
