The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Hatchery, Dairy
Responsibilities & Context
Receive and verify raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other materials against MRR/GRN and approved documents.
Ensure proper storage of materials according to FIFO/FEFO, temperature, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/system and physical registers.
Issue materials to Production against approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum stock, and material availability.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances.
Monitor expiry, batch, lot, damaged, rejected, and slow-moving items.
Maintain proper segregation of approved, rejected, returned, and quarantined materials.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance for store-related activities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and proper housekeeping of the store.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
