Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management
Experience
6 to 12 years

Responsibilities & Context
Allocate trucks from 3rd-party vendors based on material readiness; verify availability, confirm stock and dispatch plan, and ensure timely placement.
Oversee loading/unloading processes to minimize turnaround time; ensure proper coordination with Sales personnel at delivery points.
Raise daily orders to transport vendors via Matra (Apps) ; track and ensure execution within agreed timelines.
Identify and resolve problems related to loading, unloading, truck shortage, vendor delays, and route issues.
Monitor DBL fleet movements; prepare driver duty schedules and ensure truck readiness.
Prepare hourly truck allocation/loading reports, demurrage reports, and any special reports required by management.
Cross-check and verify all 3rd-party transport bills with trip records, Matra data, and loading sheets.
Prepare and submit monthly load/unload demurrage analysis to management.
