Masters
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from any public or reputed private university with Graphics Design Certification.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Create original and trend-driven- designs for melamine products such as plates, bowls, trays, and household items.
Develop artwork for foil, decal or direct print applications on melamine surfaces.
Work closely with the Product Development and Marketing teams to understand brand direction and market needs.
Adapt and modify existing designs based on feedback from production and sales teams. Prepare accurate print-ready files, ensuring color accuracy and production feasibility.
Collaborate with the printing and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth design transfer and final product quality.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and global design inspirations specific to household and kitchenware categories.
Maintain an organized database of designs.
Modify or update designs as per feedback
