Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or relevant field from any reputed university.
Experience
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience in MIS, Data Analysis, and Reporting in Garments / Group of Companies.
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Dashboard).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Logic) and Power BI.
- Practical knowledge in preparing reports on Inventory, Store, Order, Accounts & Finance.
- Strong analytical ability for variance analysis, order closing, and costing.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.High adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork spirit.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports covering inventory, store, order status, accounts, and finance.
- Consolidate data from different departments and provide one-stop reporting for senior management.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data for management decision-making.
- Develop and update dashboards and analytical reports for real-time monitoring.
- Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual, pre-cost vs. post-cost).
- Generate periodic reports on stock, order closing, costing, and WIP status.
- Coordinate with store, production, accounts, and finance teams to collect and validate data.
- Maintain ERP and Excel-based reporting systems ensuring data integrity.
- Provide management with at-a-glance reports and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Any other task assigned by management.
