- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues promptly to ensure performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other Maintenance staff to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities. Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Following Monthly checking mechanism of the equipment to prevent malfunctions.
