Responsibilities & Context
- Perform maintenance, servicing, repair, and troubleshooting of Package Type, Split Type, and Portable Type Air Conditioners.
- Carry out maintenance and repair of Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Exhaust Fans to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct gas welding and electric arc welding for repair and installation tasks as required.
- Supervise and ensure the completion of periodic preventive maintenance in line with the established schedule.
- Diagnose system faults and execute necessary corrective measures efficiently.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all HVAC systems are operating within safety and performance standards.
