Responsibilities & Context
He / she will be solely responsible for the whole academics from STD VIII to A levels.
- Address the curriculum development and do the needful accordingly.
- Follow up the existing rules for academics.
- Oversee maintenance of the standard teaching practice.
- Conduct teachers’ training – needs analysis, planning and implementation of training modules.
- Check ULP, DLP, syllabus and question / assessment papers.
- Observe classes periodically and give feedback to faculties as needed in the presence of the In-charge.
- Do the others needful as per the position requires.
