Responsibilities & Context
Maintain & reporting (as per requirements) Company accounts
Manage all accounting transactions
Update all Company documents.
Prepare financial statements for management
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Ensure VAT returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within deadlines to avoid penalties/interest.
Ensure audit preparation, presentation and explanation as and when required during annual audit of the company accounts.
Making Salary Sheet & Apply.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity so that CEO/Directors/MD/ Board are aware of the trends.
Experienced in banking (Loan , L/c , others).
Regular update financial transactions and documents for auditing
Reenforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulation
Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained with proper documentation.
Ensure cash flow, cash management and treasury duties as required for day-to-day/monthly/quarterly/yearly business transactions
Supervise and ensure/execute operation of Finance & Accounts activities at Head Office and Zone Offices.
Working experience in the process of transforming a Private Ltd. Company into a Public Ltd. Company will add value for this position.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
