Additional Requirements

Minimum 3 ( Three) years experience in similar position .

The accountant must be familiar with Tally or common accounting software.
Reconcile monthly bank statements with internal cash records.
Assist with payroll by providing salary-related updates (transfers, resignations) to HR and entering payroll data.
Generating weekly, monthly, and other financial reports as needed
Prepare daily, monthly, and software-based financial reports.
Maintain ledger, cash book, money receipts (MR), and related records.
Disburse employee salaries and labor bills on time.
Verify vouchers and manage daily payment processing.
Prepare timekeeping and casual salary bills.
Develop and submit weekly and monthly financial budgets.
Perform any additional duties assigned by higher management.
Strong communication, team work and adoptability.
Support VAT, TAX and other statutory compliance relevant to factory transactions.
Prepare necessary documents for submission to government authorities .
