Requirements
Education
- Minimum Bachelor degree or Masters in Accounting from public university or Passed the First Part of Chartered Accountancy Course from ICAB.
Additional Requirements
- Retired or Ex Banker.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good command of language in both Bangla and English writing.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
Accounts :
- Maintaining a complete set of books of accounts (Book keeping).
- Preparing and submitting monthly revenue and expenditure statement.
- Preparing and submitting receipt and payment account on monthly basis.
- Preparing and submitting bank reconciliation account on monthly basis.
- Preparing and submitting income statement and balance sheet on quarterly basis.
- Process bill, voucher requisition and disburse payment.
- Collect/realize payment against sales/revenue/account receivable.
- Preparing and submitting account receivable and payment settlement on monthly basis.
- Preparing salary sheet and process payment.
- Verifying assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentations.
- Prepare Project costing.
- Prepare Projected balance sheets for new projects.
- Financial analyses for new ventures and business plans.
- Prepare financial statement, monthly trial balance, balance sheet, document for tax return, loan applications and documents against loan sanctions, prepare and follow-up of loan repayment, schedule, prepare documents for various Bank guarantees, mortgage and other collateral documents submission & withdrawal.
- Preparing profit and loss statement, and other reports.
