Additional Requirements

The applicant should have minimum 08 years practical work experience at corporate level in reputed company in accounts department.
Must be experienced in Thai/Chinese Restaurant.
Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
Must be proficient in English and Bengali languages.
Ability to use different accounts software like ERP, Tally etc.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.

Establish financial reporting system and accounting procedures.
Prepare all necessary data for making Journal, Ledger, Trail Balance, Balance sheet, profit & loss sheet etc.
Verification of branch vouchers and yearly inventory.
Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
Ensure Records and posts all financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and preserve all correspondence and respective documents, files, and reports confidentially.
Prepare monthly & yearly budget forecast.
Prepare various reports including financial statement.
Check utility bill, house rent and other suppliers’ bill.
Vendor verifications of different purchases.
Maintain liaison with purchase department.
Conduct quarterly branch audit as per Management requirement.
Any other tasks as may be required by the management.
