  • 2-5 years’ of work Experience in at least one (01) Accounting/Inventory ERP software application viz. Tally or any other (software application) is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and convincing skill.
  • Sound Accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, Power Point, Google drive, any design tool (like Canva/Figma etc.).
  • Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working.
  • Good Analytical ability and Writing skill especially in English will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Job context: We are looking for experienced Accounting Professional who have necessary working experience in Inventory and Accounting Management Software Application. We shall be looking for primary assistance & guidance from the selected Applicant to guide the company develop software application in the field of Inventory & Sales Management, Asset Management, VAT calculation etc. As a part of your job, you may need to survey by visiting different shops/outlets who are maintaining inventory of stocks and selling those inventory to the retail clients. This survey will help you understand field-level requirements of the proposed software application documents, as a guideline to the Programmers to develop the ERP application.

Additionaly, you will be required to look after day-to-day accounts of the organization.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Interview & survey by visiting potential shops and outlets for business requirement understanding of the proposed ERP (Inventory/Sales/Accounting etc.) Module
  • Design, develop and prepare Business Process Outline, Business Process Flow, ER diagram etc. for the software programmers to develop & code Inventory Management, Accounting Management softwares etc.
  • Analyze software requirements, define solution parameters and specifications.
  • Maintain all financial records and books of accounts.
  • Maintain cash & bank book, general ledger book, party ledger book, and other relevant registers. Prepare monthly, weekly, daily report/ statement.
  • Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management.
  • Update & maintain VAT & Tax related entries and present the company to the VAT & Tax departments, as and when required.
  • Perform any other job as & when Senior Management deems suitable
