Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.
Experience 3 to 5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the travel or service industry.

Additional Requirements

Age: 25 to 40 years
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (IAS/IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with tax regulations, VAT, and compliance reporting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor company expenses, track budgets, and prepare monthly cost reports.
Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, and other compliance reports as required.
Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Provide financial analysis and advice to management for decision-making purposes.
Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are followed.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary: Tk. 20,000 – 35,000 (Depending on skills and experience).
