Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient financial operations and will play a key role in managing the company’s financial records.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Preparation:
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and issue text invoices accurately. Ensure alignment with sales agreements and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Financial Statements Management:
• Prepare and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable statements. Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and consistently.
• Sales Reporting:
• Compile and analyze monthly sales data. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and submit them to management for review. Highlight trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Financial Forecasting:
• Forecast company expenses by analyzing past financial data and market trends. Develop accurate projections for future spending and provide forecasts for incoming funds to assist in strategic planning.
• Customer and Supplier Relations:
• Engage with key customers to set convenient payment dates, ensuring a smooth payment process.
• Coordinate with suppliers and schedule payments efficiently to maintain good relationships and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
