Education

• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Cost & Management Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Insurance, Telecommunication, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Overseas Companies, Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 40 years

• Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for creating reports and presentations.
  Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Time Management: Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines during high demand periods like tax.
• Organizational Skills: Expertise in scheduling, planning, and managing resources to meet client needs.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Legal and Ethical Knowledge: Awareness of ethical standards and practices in accounting.
  Familiarity with local, national, and international financial laws and regulations
• Leadership Experience: For managerial roles, prior experience leading a team or department.

Responsibilities & Context

• Fluency in English speaking is a must.
• Record financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
• Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
