- Proficiency in English & MS Office (Excel, Word..etc) is required as all tasks are conducted in English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare all types of vouchers and check daily transactions.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate and manage office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Oversee the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
- Respect different cultures and work harmoniously with foreign co-workers
