Strong understanding of operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and property management systems (PMS)
Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in Tally Prime.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
Record all financial transactions (revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities).
Monitor actual performance against the budget.
Prepare, maintain, and organize all important developer related documentation.
Handle filing and record-keeping for operational and financial documents.
Draft letters, notices, and official communication as required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as instructed.
Prepare debit, credit & journal vouchers for daily transactions.
Take care of local procurement or market visits for urgent needs.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
