• Reconciling bank statements with internal records.
• Verifying dealer and retailer orders and deposits.
• Inputting dealer deposits into ERP software, such as Oracle or Tally.
• Calculating and managing dealer incentive payments.
• Reviewing other deposits made by dealers and retailers.
• Preparing monthly incentive and adjustment statements, including binding and keeping hard copies.
• Performing any other tasks assigned by management.
