Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations at the factory level
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure proper cost accounting and control measures
- Manage inventory valuation and stock reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations
- Lead and supervise the factory accounts team
- Coordinate with auditors and senior management
