Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel, Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in Steel manufacturing or industrial sectors. will be given preference.
- Must have sound knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and manage the overall accounts and finance operations of the company.
- Maintain and monitor day-to-day financial transactions, including cash flow, general
- ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports for internal and external.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws (VAT, AIT, etc.), and handle timely
- Submission of returns to regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit processes.
- Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Supervise the accounts team and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans, L/Cs, and other financial matters.
- Prepare and analyze costing reports for products and suggest cost optimization strategies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by top management as required.
