- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge on ERP & MS Office Managment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Daily Petty Cash Handaling
- Prepare the monthly salary sheet & disbursement.
- Candidate should have knowledge about the VDS, TDS, AIT, & with holding tax of the company.
- Prepare the proforma invoice for opening the LC and also prepare the monthly bill for submission to the customer.
- Prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, general ledger & different registers.
- Prepare LC documents, follow up on bank acceptance, and collect payment from customers’ banks.
- Supervision of daily cash management and estimating, controlling. cash flows, preparation of bank reconciliations.
- Prepare Inventory report & reconcile with register and physically
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Check Challan, Bill Pursue to Payment to the party.
- Monitoring Factory Accounts.
- All Statement of Accounts & Commercial Activities
