Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university.
- Candidates with professional accounting qualifications will be given preference.

- Good knowledge of attendance management and payroll processing.
- Ability to verify and maintain bills, invoices, and vouchers accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance records and prepare attendance reports.
- Prepare and process monthly salary sheets and payroll-related documents.
- Check, verify, and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper recording and filing of accounting and financial documents.
- Prepare payment vouchers and maintain payment records.
- Reconcile cash transactions and maintain petty cash records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding attendance and salary-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all accounts-related activities.
- Support the Accounts Department in day-to-day financial operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
