Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Additional Requirements

- Candidates with educational backgrounds in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong relevant work experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the educational requirements.
- Experience Requirements
- 0–5 years of relevant experience.

- Additional Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context
- Accounts
- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.
- Prepare bills, payment vouchers, and receive vouchers.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.
- Assist with VAT, Tax, and compliance-related matters.
- Administration
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor management.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and office discipline.
- Assist management with administrative and HR-related tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
