Job Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and plant equipment.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of the Conveyor System, Robotic Welding System, 315T Press, LLC, Chain Riveting Process, and other manufacturing equipment.
Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime through timely troubleshooting and corrective maintenance.
Day to day communications with foreign principle and foreign suppliers regarding installation and troubleshooting
Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history, maintenance checklists, and breakdown records.
Monitor equipment performance and identify recurring failures through root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of new machinery, automation systems, and production equipment.
Ensure availability and proper management of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Utility, and external vendors to resolve technical and maintenance-related issues.
Ensure compliance with machine safety, electrical safety, environmental requirements, SOPs, and Yamaha manufacturing standards during all maintenance activities.
Lead and develop the maintenance team, monitor maintenance KPIs such as machine uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
