Additional Requirements

In-depth knowledge of computer networking (IP-based networks) and configuration of large-scale networks with multiple services. Server Configuration, Design Drawing, VM Etc.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining systems like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Access Points, RAID, NAS, etc.
Practical knowledge of operational tools used for troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in-person, to assist clients.
Ability to read and understand network diagrams and system documentation.
Availability to work 24×7 as needed, depending on client demand.
Smart, punctual, and with a proactive attitude to fulfill client requirements.

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.) and server solutions (HPE, Dell, Lenovo).
Configuration and troubleshooting of Access Control Systems and Videowall Solutions.
Provide live product demonstrations to clients either at their premises or remotely.
Respond to support calls from clients and internal departments.
Maintain logs, service support registers, and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
Assist the Sales & Marketing team during client visits and provide necessary technical insights.
Manage and update information on the CRM platform regularly.
Create and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with service users.
