Responsibilities & Context
- Homeland life insurance company limited, One of the leading life insurance companies in Bangladesh is looking for dynamic, results Oriented, Committed Self-driven Professional.
- We are looking for a Marketing professional who will be responsible as Head of marketing & sales, who has practical experiences in marketing & Sales and willing to achieve sales target.
- Preference will be given specially to the head of sales of any life insurance company.
- Lead the working team of agency office, Branch Office, Service Centre and Divisional Office.
- Be able to manage and inspire the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Achieve sales target in the life Insurance business.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of Branch and Divisional Office.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential marketing officers.
- Analysis of customer research, current market trends.
- Handling customer question, inquiries and complaints.
- Participating in sales team meeting.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
