We are looking for interested candidates for this position who has proactive capability, initiative, drive, self-motivation, and experience in following sector to support our team and improve the organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Execution of company’s HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
To control and manage administration department and its activities and report to Head Office in timely manner as well as follow up those activities.
Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended up to 2022 and up-to-date with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
Maintain proper coordination, communication with other Departments, Units and Head Office.
Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR, Admin & Compliance issues.
Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration.
