Responsibilities & Context

  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for reception of the visitors, managing telephone calls & essential contacts, providing basic secretarial support to the Founder and to see the admin support functions etc.
  • Welcome all guests and employees into the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
  • Maintain records and files. Monitoring Inventory.
  • Receive letters, messages, and documents, pass them to proper places/persons, and keep records.
  • To maintain staff movement registers.
  • To supervise housekeeping of the office.
  • Also know IT related work.
