Responsibilities & Context
- The Front Desk Officer is responsible for reception of the visitors, managing telephone calls & essential contacts, providing basic secretarial support to the Founder and to see the admin support functions etc.
- Welcome all guests and employees into the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
- Maintain records and files. Monitoring Inventory.
- Receive letters, messages, and documents, pass them to proper places/persons, and keep records.
- To maintain staff movement registers.
- To supervise housekeeping of the office.
- Also know IT related work.
