Responsibilities & Context

The Front Desk Officer is responsible for reception of the visitors, managing telephone calls & essential contacts, providing basic secretarial support to the Founder and to see the admin support functions etc. Welcome all guests and employees into the front office professionally and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation. Maintain records and files. Monitoring Inventory. Receive letters, messages, and documents, pass them to proper places/persons, and keep records. To maintain staff movement registers. To supervise housekeeping of the office. Also know IT related work.
