Responsibilities & Context

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Admin and Liaisoning Head.
  • The ideal candidate should be an ex-serviceman with a strong background in administrative management and liaison activities, holding a graduate degree in any stream (Engineering preferred).
  • The role requires a proactive individual who can manage all administrative functions, HR related activities, VISA, Work permit and Security related activity, and effectively liaise with all other government bodies, regulatory authorities including police and other key stakeholders.

Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all administrative operations, including facility management, security, and office support services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and various government departments, regulatory bodies, local authorities, and external agencies including police.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for approvals, clearances, and other necessary permissions for projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Lead and mentor the administrative team, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
