Responsibilities & Context
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the store and catering departments.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Store Management:
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Process invoices, ensuring timely payment and delivery of goods.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, ensuring adequate supply for operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Catering Services:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of catering service for three canteens, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain records of catering orders, events, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in store and catering operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory, catering activities, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders interacting with store and catering services.
