Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed University

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • MUST HAVE Call center/BPO experience.
  • Similar experience in the BPO industry will get preference.
  • Willingness to work in any shift/roster
  • Persistent and result-oriented
  • Experience (1 – 2 years) in BPO/Call Centre Supervision/Management will be preferred.
  • Sound Computer literacy in MS Office applications is a must.

  • Serving USA clients/customers.
  • Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.
  • Preparing various analytical and monitoring reports.
  • Maintaining communication over the phone, email, and MS Team.
