Job Summary:

Administration/HR Specialist will be responsible for managing administrative task, ensuring smooth operation and supporting HR functions. This role required a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multipool tasks efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a projective and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and organize company events, meeting and appointments.
  • Maintain and update company records and documentation.

Human Resource:

  • Assist recruitment process, including job positions, resume screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support the development and implementation of HR Policies and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide gridline on HR Related issues.

Compliance and reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit necessary HR reports and documentation.
  • Assist in audits and compliance cheque as required.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in resolving employees conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
