Responsibilities & Context

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team with a primary focus on office equipment maintaining and recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, updating website content, coordinating recruitment efforts, managing company records, and organizing daily materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Supplies Management: Ensure the availability of office supplies by maintaining inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Website Content Update: Regularly update company website information to reflect current offerings and events.
  • Recruitment Coordination:* Collaborate with MD to manage recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
  • Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate records of company samples and other relevant documentation.
  • Material Organization: Prepare, organize, and store various daily materials documents such as invoices in an orderly manner for easy access.

Working Hour: 9:00 a.m – 5:30p.m
