Context

The purpose of the role is to manage and maintain Customer’s data.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk/reception counters, attend visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming,
Directing and announcing them appropriately.
Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to concerned department.
Maintain working relationships and communicates with other departments and organizations on behalf of Management requirements.
Keep the database up to date of all relevant information.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, awareness, and engagement across various digital platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external vendors, agencies, and partners.
