Experience

Additional Requirements

  • A minimum of two (02) years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet-based systems
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively across departments
  • Knowledge of procurement, inventory management and office administration processes will be considered an added advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Location: BRAC University

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the project/department
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Registrar`s Office, and Operations, to facilitate administrative processes and service delivery
  • Maintain and update departmental records, databases, files, and official documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and process official correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, notices, and other administrative documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, training programs, workshops, seminars, and departmental events, including logistical arrangements
  • Manage office resources, inventory, assets, and procurement-related activities to ensure operational readiness
  • Monitor office facilities and equipment, coordinating maintenance and service requirements as needed
  • Process invoices, reimbursement claims, purchase requests, and related documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
