Working with remote team members and independently manage work-flow coordination
An expert user of Google Drive, Cloud Drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
Email communication with universities and with any stakeholders Knowledge about US Visa & Immigration services & process
Basic IT skills, Office administration skills, knowledge of Banking Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, and continuous follow up with client and team members Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills Excellent English language skills
Be proactive, efficient and punctual Improve work-flow and coordination of each task
Ability to work independently and unsupervised Daily reporting to Supervisor and Line Manager Any ad-hoc duties provided by supervisor/line manager
