Additional Requirements

• Experience in admission and visa processing, preferably for the USA and Europe.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with university admission procedures and visa regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

• Handle end-to-end admission processes for student applications.
• Coordinate with universities and institutions in the USA and Europe to ensure timely application submission.
• Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all applications, documents, and communications.
• Provide students with personalized support and updates throughout the admission and visa process.
• Collaborate with recruitment partners and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on admission and visa policies for the USA and Europe.
