Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner through various communication channels.
  • Main key Responsibility, Client profile pre-assessment for appointment setting.Resolve Issues: Investigate and resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best course of action.
  • Provide Product/Service Information: Offer detailed information about the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Log and Track Interactions: Record customer interactions in the contact center’s CRM system, ensuring all issues are logged and appropriately escalated when necessary.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Sell/Up-Sell Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities to sell additional services or products when appropriate.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Stay informed of product and service updates, company policies, and promotional offers.

Office Time: 7:30 am to 04:30 pm
