Job Overview

Digital Pylot is looking for a skilled Ads / Marketing Expert to develop and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter. This role requires an innovative and data-driven professional adept at crafting impactful advertising strategies to engage audiences, drive conversions, and maximize ROI.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Design, implement, and manage multi-platform ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, and Twitter) aligned with our marketing objectives.
  • Audience and Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth research on audience demographics, interests, and behaviors, and perform keyword research to identify and target ideal customer segments.
  • Creative Content Creation: Develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
  • Budget Management and Optimization: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across platforms, optimizing for maximum return on investment (ROI) and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Advanced Platform Utilization: Use the full capabilities of each platform’s ad management tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads) to set up and refine campaigns, targeting options, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), clicks, and impressions, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Stay Updated: Keep current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Collaborative Communication: Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday (Saturday half-day): 10 am to 7 pm
  • Weekend: Half-day on Saturday and Sunday off
