- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Candidates from IBA or Dhaka University strongly preferred).
Experience
- At least 2 years

- Age 24 to 45 years
- Proven experience as an IELTS Instructor/Trainer with measurable student success.
- Minimum IELTS band score of 7.5 (overall), with preference for 8.0+ achievers.
- Exceptional English proficiency (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication, mentoring, and motivational skills.
- Genuine passion for teaching and student development.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate IELTS Instructor, preferably from IBA or Dhaka University, who has extensive experience in guiding students toward IELTS success. The ideal candidate must have achieved a minimum overall IELTS band score of 7.5 (with no band lower than 7.0), though 8.0+ is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging IELTS preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
- Design and deliver lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
- Provide individualized feedback and proven strategies for score improvement.
- Monitor student progress and maintain high satisfaction and success rates.
- Stay updated with IELTS exam formats, grading systems, and recent trends.
