- Experience: 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills.
- Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of codecs, formats, color spaces, broadcast standards, and compression techniques.
- Creative Skills: Exceptional storytelling ability, a keen eye for visual composition, and a strong sense of timing and rhythm.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Must speak in English and understand in English very well.
