ACI Shrimp Genetics is a new business of ACI Agrolink Ltd., specializing in the nursing of healthy shrimp post larvae (PL). The company focuses on leveraging advanced genetic and nursing technologies to enhance the quality and resilience of shrimp, catering to the needs of shrimp farmers. We are looking for an Executive, Business Planning to assist with planning, budgeting, and business administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial and economic data.
• Prepare reports and presentations on business and market intelligence.
• Assist in the development of long-term goals and strategic objectives for the organization.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor issues that affect profitability, growth, and productivity.
• Prepare and analyze the business budget and business plans to ensure coherence and accuracy.
• Coordinate between the Finance Team and Business Team to ensure smooth preparation of budgets, business plans, and feasibility analyses.
• Build financial databases by identifying sources of information, assembling, verifying, and backing up data.
• Maintain and update financial records including P&L, budget tracking, and cost monitoring in collaboration with the Finance Team.
• Coordinate regularly with the nursery operations team in Kaliganj to ensure smooth business operations.
• Process bills and conduct banking activities.
