Responsibilities & Context

The Affiliate Onboarding & Activation Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and activating new affiliates while ensuring they are fully equipped to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. This role requires a mix of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and data-driven optimization to maximize affiliate engagement and program success.

Responsibilities:

• Build up the network of potential partners; hold entertainment events for the network’s development
• Hold meetings with potential partners
• Hold marketing and business meetings, as well as presentations; live communication with potential partners
• Follow up and build up personal contacts and trust aimed at increasing the company’s recognition.
• Handle both short-term and long-term potential affiliate-related projects.
