Education

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in any discipline with no third division/class in any academic result.

Experience

    • At least 1 year

  • Minimum 1 year experience in any Bank.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Practical experience in account opening procedures and customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of RTGS, BEFTN, and remittance operations.
  • Good understanding of banking products and services.
  • Hands-on experience working in Flora Banking System.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Office applications.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities & Context

A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Officials

 

Employment Status: Contractual/Permanent       

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide all types of account opening support at Agent Point.
  • Assist customers in completing account opening forms and required documentation.
  • Verify customer information and ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC requirements.
  • Handle RTGS and BEFTN related customer support and transaction processing.
  • Provide remittance support including inward and outward remittance related services.
  • Support customers regarding banking products and services with proper product knowledge.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Operate and manage banking activities through Flora Banking System efficiently.
  • Assist in daily operational activities of Agent Point.
  • Maintain proper records, registers, and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate with branches and other departments for operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions.
