  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Familiarity with visa types, processes, and immigration requirements, particularly for Europe and the Middle East.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain client records efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and client success.
  • Fluent in both English and Bengali (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in a visa consultancy or HR services company is an advantage.

Hireaxies is a leading HR consultancy specializing in global visa and overseas career services. We assist individuals in securing employment opportunities and visas for countries across Europe and the Middle East, providing them with personalized support and guidance throughout the process.

Job Description:

We work with business partners who purchase visas from us and resell them to candidates. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agent In-Charge to oversee and manage our team of Agents who facilitate these transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Agent Management: Supervise and support a team of Agents who are responsible for managing B2B relationships and transactions involving visa sales.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and onboard new B2B clients who will purchase visas and resell them to candidates.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and resources to Agents to ensure they understand our visa products and can effectively communicate with B2B clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of Agents, setting targets and assessing their effectiveness in meeting sales goals and maintaining high service standards.
  • Client Relations: Handle escalations and resolve any issues or concerns from B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our visa solutions.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on Agent activities, B2B client transactions, and overall performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordination: Work with other departments to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve the overall client experience.
  • Any other task assigned by the office.
