Additional Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in Python or C# backend development.
- Solid understanding of LLM API calls, REST, and async microservices.
- Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of Qdrant, pgvector, or Pinecone for embedding storage.
- Familiarity with Azure Functions, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD.
- Clear technical communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context
Design and build the AI layer that connects our existing .NET system with modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI).
This is a hands-on development role focused on integration, not AI research — ideal for someone who knows how to turn LLMs into useful business tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI microservices connecting LLMs with CRM data.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings/vector databases.
- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Cohere, or Anthropic APIs for text generation and search.
- Build API endpoints for internal CRM integration and monitoring.
- Optimise prompt design, caching, and token usage for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the architect to embed AI logic within .NET workflows.
- Document API schemas, dependencies, and versioning for the dev team.
- Conduct sanity testing and measure LLM output accuracy.
