Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

We, a reputed Group of Companies, are seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the AGM/DGM—Admin & HR position at our factory. This is an excellent opportunity for a retired army officer (Captain/Major) with extensive experience in HR management and administrative functions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills and possess the ability to oversee HR and administrative operations at the factory level effectively.

Human resource:

Oversee the HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare

Implement and monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws

Manage recruitment, training, and staff development programs

Collaborate with management to improve workforce efficiency and productivity

Administration:

Maintain relationships with the labour office and ensure compliance with regulations

Manage and update necessary licenses and certifications for factory operation

Oversee vehicle management, providing maintenance and operational readiness

Manage the delivery section to ensure timely distribution

Develop and enforce policies for wastage reduction, segregation and disposal.

Liaise with the local police station and other relevant authorities to ensure safety, security, and legal compliance.
